RUSTY CAGE
Get ready for Rusty Cage, a grunge-fueled album. First recorded in 2009 in a tiny room in Barcelona, that's why it was named "Locked in a Room". These tracks were born from the raw energy of "AK Riff" (Enric) and “El Siors” (George) as the former band Rusty Cage. Inspired by nights at Barcelona’s Nevermind bar (“Grunge is Back!”) and Sidecar’s "Antikaraoke", this album pulses with gritty riffs and memories of the city’s vibrant music scene.
These songs sat on a shelf for years, like old photos waiting to be rediscovered. Now, with RiffAct, We’ve brought them back—remastered with fresh passion, giving that gritty, ‘90s grunge sound a new life. Every riff carries memories of those Barcelona days, the smell of dive bars, and the thrill of chasing a sound that hits you in the chest.
